Ethical Practices
BC is dedicated to implementing fair trade practices that are ethical to ensure that workers and natural resources are not exploited during clothing manufacturing.
We strongly believe that content workers lead to the creation of high-quality clothes because they are motivated to perform their job better when they work under safe and favorable conditions with good employment practices.
Factories &
Working Conditions
Our team personally conducts audits on our partner's factories to ensure they meet our standards. We only collaborate with factories that pay their workers at least minimum living wages and do not employ individuals under 16 years old.
We do not tolerate forced labor practices in our factories, and workers are not compelled to work overtime. If overtime work is necessary, workers are paid an additional allowance for it.
Our manufacturing facilities are equipped with appropriate lighting and sanitation facilities. We take safety very seriously and strive to create a work environment that is as safe as possible to prevent work-related injuries. For example, we ensure that there are no exposed electrical wiring or sockets, workstations have sufficient space between them, and safety equipment such as steel-mesh, gloves, and face masks are readily available for use.
